On a chilly evening at Levine Children’s Hospital, the usual hum of medical equipment was replaced by the laughter of children and the excitement of movie night. Hosted by our foundation, the event was designed to offer a much-needed break from the hospital routine and bring a little joy to the young patients who spend their days facing tough challenges.

The movie of choice for this special night was Zootopia—a heartwarming, colorful adventure that captured the imaginations of kids and adults alike. As the lights dimmed and the movie began, the room filled with the sound of excitement and anticipation. For a few hours, the children could forget about their medical treatments and immerse themselves in the fun and adventure of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde's journey through the bustling city of Zootopia. It was a much-needed escape, offering laughter, lessons in friendship, and hope—all wrapped in a delightful animation.

But the movie was just part of the experience. As part of our commitment to brightening the lives of hospitalized children, we also distributed care packages filled with toys, snacks, and personal comfort items. Each package was thoughtfully assembled to provide a sense of normalcy and joy in an otherwise unfamiliar and often challenging environment. The smiles on the kids’ faces as they received their packages were priceless, and it was clear that the little things—like a soft toy or a packet of their favorite snacks—could make a world of difference in their hospital stay.

The evening was a reminder of the power of community and the impact of small acts of kindness. For the children at Levine Children’s Hospital, it was more than just a movie—it was a moment of connection, support, and hope in the midst of their healing journey. As the credits rolled and the laughter echoed, we were reminded that, sometimes, all it takes is a movie and a little care to brighten a child's world.

At our foundation, we believe that moments like these—simple, joyful, and full of heart—can make a lasting impact, and we’re grateful to have been part of such a special evening at Levine Children’s Hospital.
